Oneway Broadcasting Network respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our community and content contributors to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on our website, apps, or broadcasts infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information above. We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers.

Everyone who submits content to OBN warrants that they own or have cleared all rights to it (see our Content Guidelines & License).
